Imbokodo Performance Rights is a

Collective Management Organisation (CMO)

that administers Needletime Rights on

behalf of Recording Artists & Record Labels.

Imbokodo's objectives are to collect &

distribute royalties received, to determine

the manner in which Royalties and

consequential investment income

shall be computed, allocated and

distributed amongst its Members;

and to champion and lead transformation

in the collective management

of rights for performers.

The royalty payments collected by

IMBOKODO shall be distributed

and paid to Performers fairly,

efficiently, accurately, promptly and

in a cost-effective manner.
